摘要
以高锰酸钾为氧化剂,使用超声相转移方法氧化环己烯制备己二酸。探讨了反应温度、超声、相转移剂加入量等因素对反应的影响。确定了最佳反应工艺条件为:反应温度为40℃,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵加入量为2%,超声功率为80W,反应4h,己二酸的收率可达41.1%,比未使用超声波方法提高2.1倍。
Adipic acid was synthesized under ultrasonic irradiation using cyclohexene and potassium per manganate. The effect of materials ratio, phase transfer catalyst amount and reaction temperature on theyield of adipic acid was investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows, the temperature was 40℃, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide amount was 2%, the power of ultrasonic was 80 W, and the reaction time was 4 h. The yield of adipic acid reached 41.1% which was 2.1 times higher than that from the ordinary method.
