大型旋转设备限位装置的设计及ANSYS分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对现有大型旋转设备圆周限位装置在实际应用过程中存在的问题,结合机械设计理念研究设计一种行之有效的中心纵向限位装置,利用Solid Works建立其三维模型,并导入到ANSYS中,先对其进行静态分析得其位移云图和应力云图,看其是否满足强度和刚度要求,用以验证设计方案的合理性。然后再对其进行模态分析,得到其前五阶模态频率和振型,并通过增加斜撑来提高结构的动刚度,从而有效地提高结构的固有频率,获得更好的设计方案。最后将两种限位装置进行对比。 Due of the existing circumferential limit device of the large rotary equipment in practical application process problems,it combines the mechanical design research and designs an effective central longitudinal limiting device.Then uses Solid Works to establish the three-dimensional model,and imports into ANSYS,and firstly carries on its static analysis to gain the displacement and the stress form in order to verify the rationality of design,and then carries on modal analysis to get its first five natural frequency and vibration,and adding bracing to improve the dynamic stiffness of the structure,so as to effectively improve the natural frequency of the structure and obtain a better design.Finally the two kinds of limiting device are compared.
