摘要
驾驶室是重型货车的关键总成,在货车行驶过程中容易与其它激励源产生共振,影响驾乘人员的舒适性。通过模态分析可以预测驾驶室与其它部件之间发生动态干扰的可能性,预测其薄弱部位。利用Pro/E建立了某重型货车驾驶室三维模型,采用ANSYS对驾驶室模型进行了模态分析,得到了重型货车驾驶室的固有频率和振型。将得到的固有频率与实际工况激励进行了比较,验证了该驾驶室有较好的动态特性,为该车型驾驶室的动态特性设计提供了参考。
Truck cab is the key assemble of heavy truck.It is easy to produce resonance with other sources of motivation in the truck driving process,affecting the comfort of the occupants.By the modal analysis,it can predict the possibility of the dynamic interference between the cab and other parts,and can predict the weak parts.Using Pro/E,a 3D model of the heavy truck cab is set up.The modal of this is analyzed based on the modal theory,obtaining the frequency and modal shapes of the cab,validating that the cab has good dynamic characteristics by comparing the results with the actual working condition.A reference is made to the dynamic characteristic of cab design.
