摘要
根据太阳能硅片多线切割加工机理,建立了张力控制系统的速度差模型和运动学模型。采用速度同步模型和自适应控制方案,结合张力控制电机反馈的角速度和角位移大小对收/放线电机的速度输入进行修正,达到对张力的有效控制。针对会引起张力扰动或张力波动过大的相关因素进行分析研究,其中包括收线辊半径扰动、切割线走丝换向以及导向轮对张力波动的影响。针对这些张力波动影响因素,提出相关解决方案,MATLAB/simulink仿真结果表明所提出的解决方案具有可行性。
According to solar silicon wire cutting mechanism,it established the tension speed difference model and the kinematic model of tension control system,and designed speed synchronous model reference adaptive control scheme,combining with the size of the angular velocity and corner that feedback by tension control motor to correct the speed input of the slave motor,to achieve effective control of the tension.Analysis and researches had been done to relate factors that may cause tension disturbance or excessive fluctuations.Analysis was done on the factors that have impact on the tension fluctuations of cutting line wire,including the disturbance of the take-up roller,the commutation of the cutting line wire and the guide wheels.Related solutions or recommendations had been given for these factors.the MATLAB/simulink simulation results show that the solution is feasible.
