摘要
齿轮被广泛应用于各类传动机械中,且设备检修过程中,齿轮经常被损坏,所以齿轮测绘工作非常重要。然而,现有的齿轮测绘计算常用方法不但计算繁杂,而且人为因素较多,测量方法和计算方法较少,有一些因素考虑不够。针对于齿轮测绘中存在的问题,深入研究了现有的齿轮测绘方法,在此基础上,对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮测绘过程及反求算法进行了总结归纳,最后通过一个实例验证了本算法的正确性。提出的算法可以为设计、实现齿轮测绘计算机辅助系统提供可靠的理论依据。
Gear is widely used in various types of transmission machinery,and the gear is often damaged in the equipment maintenance process,so the gear mapping work is very important.However,the existing gear mapping common method is not only calculated complicatedly,and with more human factors,and also the measurement methods and the calculation methods are less,with some factors to consider are not enough.It is focused on the challenges of gear mapping,and makes a depth study of the existing gear mapping methods.Then,based on the analysis,it summarizes the process of the involute spur cylindrical gear mapping and the reverse algorithm.Finally,the algorithm is verified to be corrected by a practical experiment.The proposed algorithm can provide a basic theoretical approach for the design and achievement of the computer-aided gear mapping system.
