摘要
蒸汽压缩蒸馏装置(VCD)是空间站进行废水回收的关键设备。查阅相关文献,分析蒸汽压缩蒸馏装置工作特点,建立了蒸汽压缩蒸馏装置共轭耦合传热模型、三维实体模型及有限元模型;基于FLUENT软件两相流模型,通过相变UDF程序实现相变过程,对模型进行三维数值模拟,分析蒸汽压缩蒸馏装置流体运动和流固间的共轭传热,得到装置工作过程中的汽液两相分布特点,为下一步对蒸汽压缩蒸馏装置的结构及运动参数优化提供了参考依据,同时也体现了数值模拟计算对蒸汽压缩蒸馏装置的工程应用价值。
The vapor compression distillation(VCD)unit is the key equipment for the space station to recycle wastewater.The vapor compression distillation unit working characteristics has been analyzed through refer to relevant literatures,and its conjugate coupled heat transfer model,three-dimensional entity model and finite element model have been established.The 3D numerical simulation has been done based on FLUENT software two phase flow model through the phase transition UDF program realization phase transition process.The vapor compression distillation unit fluid motions and the fluid-solid conjugate heat transfer has been analyzed and its vapor-liquid two-phase flow distribution characteristics are obtained,which can provide basis for the design of vapor compression distillation unit.It can provide basis and reference for the design of vapor compression distillation unit structure and motion parameter optimization,and reflect engineering application value of the results of numerical simulation to vapour compression distillation device
