摘要
以某型号巷道堆垛机多级货叉为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件建立其三维实体模型,导入ANSYS中建立有限元模型,并对其进行瞬态动力学仿真,得到该结构的瞬态动力学特性,找出多级货叉结构的关键部位,通过抑制振动和优化结构,来提高多级货叉的动刚度和动强度,同时做到各叉板变形量小、振动量、辐射造成最小,就追使我们的研究其动态特性。因此,有必要对其整机进行瞬态动力学分析。从而为产品设计和改进奠定了基础。
It uses the software SolidWorks to build the model of a certain type of tunnel stacker multi-level fork,to import ANSYS and establish the FEA model.Through transient dynamics simulation,The fork in the plate deformation small,vibration,radiation,the youngest,right after that we research its dynamic characteristics.it obtains the frequency characteristics of the fork plate to identify the level of the key parts of the fork structure.The result establishes the foundation of the next design and amelioration.
