摘要
曲柄摇杆机构是平面连杆机构的基本类型之一,由于拥有诸多优点,使用广泛。但在传统的设计中面临的运动不准确等问题,使其发展受到了限制。使用简单模型,利用大型计算机商业软件ANSYS,对曲柄摇杆机构进行有限元运动分析,研究仿真过程中单元的选择,模型的建立,约束的施加等问题。对曲柄摇杆机构的运动过程进行模拟,得到的计算结果与理论分析结果基本一致。获得机构运动学和动力学特征,为复杂机械的机构分析和设计提供了必要的基础。
Crank-rocker mechanism is one basic type of planar linkage,and it is widely used for many advantages.However it has developed slowly for moving inaccurately in traditional design.It uses a simple model,analyzing the movement of the crank-rocker mechanism by finite element to study how to select the type of units,establish the model and impose the constraints.By finite element analysis software ANSYS,simulating the movement of the crank-rocker mechanism,it gets the calculated results which is consistent with the theoretical analysis.Obtaining the kinematic and dynamic characteristics,it provides the necessary foundation for institutional analysis and design of complex machinery.
