摘要 为了对机械产品协同仿真过程进行有效的管理,面向协同仿真环境,提出了一种基于富因特网应用(RIA,RichInternet Application)的机械产品仿真流程建模方法。通过对机械产品仿真流程特点的分析,结合组件开发思想,设计了一种便于在网页上进行交互编辑、显示的流程模型,研究了在网页上以拖拽方式创建流程的方法,并建立了一种基于坐标计算分配的流程布局算法,最后应用该建模方法对某减速箱噪声分析流程进行建模。结果表明:该建模方法是可行的、有效的。 In order to manage the process of mechanical collaborative simulation effectively,a simulation-flow modeling method of mechanical product based on RIA(Rich Internet Application)is proposed for collaborative simulation environment.Through analyzing the features of simulation-flow of mechanical product,combining with the concept of component development,a flow model is brought forward,which is suitable for displaying simulation flow on the web page.The technologies of establishing process on the web page are studied,and a layout algorithm based on calculating and distributing the coordinates of components is presented.Finally,a gear box noise analysis flow is used to verify the applicability and availability of the method.
