产业集群作为一种有效的生产组织方式,正在逐渐成为企业、区域甚至国家竞争优势和经济增长的主要来源,然而我国的产业集群大多是基于廉价资源的低层次的传统产业集群,在发展中仅仅着眼于企业之间的线性生产联系,忽略了它们的生态性网络联系,造成了对资源的过度消耗和对生态环境的破坏,严重影响到产业集群的演进和可持续发展,甚至导致集群的衰落。如何实现我国传统产业集群的生态化升级,促进其可持续发展,是产业集群演进中必须解决的现实问题。

Industry clusters as an effective organization of production are becoming the main source of corpo- rate, regional and even national competitive advantage and economic growth. However, China＇ s industrial clusters are mostly traditional industrial clusters based on the low level of cheap resources, focusing on the linear productive contact between the enterprise but ignoring their ecological network contact, which has caused the excessive con- sumption of resources and the destruction of the ecological environment, and has seriously affected the evolution and sustainable development of industrial clusters, and even led to the cluster decline. It is a realistic problem in indus- trial development that we should realize the ecological upgrading of the traditional industrial clusters to achieve sus- tainable development.
