硝酸酯基端羟基聚丁二烯合成、结构表征及性能评价 被引量:2

Synthesis, Structural Characterization and Performance Evaluation of Nitrated Hydroxyl-Terminated Polybutadiene

摘要 通过正交实验采用稀硝酸硝化环氧基端羟基聚丁二烯(EHTPB)对硝酸酯基端羟基聚丁二烯(NHTPB)进行了合成,采用FT–IR对NHTPB样品进行了结构表征,采用DSC、TGA–DTA研究了样品热稳定性,并对样品进行了撞击感度测试。测试结果表明,样品结构中存在硝酸酯基,撞击感度低,安全性能好,热稳定性良好;用户使用结果表明,样品与硝酸酯含能增塑剂相容性好,NHTPB黏合剂配方比端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)黏合剂配方燃速提高了2 mm/s,可满足配方使用要求。 The nitrated hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (NHTPB) was synthesized through orthogonal experiments by nitrating epoxy hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (EHTPB) with dilute nitric acid, and the structure characterization of NHTPB samples was carried out by using FT-IR. The thermal stability of the samples was studied by using DSC, TGA-DTA, and the impact sensitivity of the samples was tested. The test results show that the nitrate group exists in sample structures, the impact sensitivity is low, the safe performance and thermal stability are good. The results obtained from users show that the compatibility between the samples and nitrate energetic plasticizers is good, the burning rate of NHTPB binder-based formulations increases 2 mm/s as compared with hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) binder-based formulations, and it can meet the use requirements of the formulations.
