摘要
研究了一种含黑索今(RDX)的多相发射药在不同温度下的抗压、抗冲击性能,实验结果表明,随着温度升高,该多相发射药抗压性能降低,抗冲击性能提高;同时,对该多相发射药在不同温度下的亚微观结构进行了初步观察,发现温度越高,试样的亚微观界面越不明显,发射药基体与RDX颗粒结合越紧密,发射药力学性能越好。
The compression and impact resistance capability of one hexogen (RDX)-containing multi-phase gun- propellant at different temperatures were studied. The experimental results show that, with increasing of temperature, the compression resistance capability of the multi-phase gun-propellant decreases, but the impact resistance capability increases. Meanwhile, the submicroscopic structure of the multi-phase gun-propellant at different temperatures was preliminarily observed. It is found that, with increasing of temperature, the submicroscopic interfaces of the samples are more unobvious, the bonding between gun-propellant matrix and RDX particle is closer, and the mechanical properties of gun-propellant are better.
