摘要
进修是基层医院医生进行深造和再学习的一条重要途径,但临床工作繁忙、人员紧张的现实矛盾促使教与学的冲突不断突显。作为主管进修工作的管理部门,对调和"教与学"的矛盾有不可推卸的责任。从宣传手段、学习资源整合、强制措施、满意度监督等管理手段改革入手,试从管理角度建立"教与学"的长效机制,达到教与学的双赢。
Further education is an important way to the doctors of grass-roots hospital,but realistic contradiction of "teaching and studying" continues to highlight,the busy and nervous clinical work make the teachers’ too busy to teach.As the director of education management departments,we can not shirk the responsibility.This thesis puts forward the management means reform of Fuwai Hospital——the propaganda,learning resource integrated,compulsory measures,satisfaction with supervision,try to establish long-term mechanism of "teaching and learning" from the view of management.
