摘要
目的:探讨治咳川贝枇杷滴丸治疗四季外感"热性"咳嗽的止咳效果。方法:病例来源为2011年10月15日～2012年10月15日我院呼吸科门诊普通感冒引起咳嗽的患者,纳入中医均属于四季外感"热性"咳嗽患者196例,其中风热犯肺证72例、暑热犯肺证54例、燥热犯肺证70例。每个证候均又随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组常规西药治疗并含服复方甘草片治疗,4片/次,tid,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上含服治咳川贝枇杷滴丸治疗,6粒,tid。治疗1周,观察比较两种药物治疗四季外感"热性"咳嗽的临床疗效。结果:治咳川贝枇杷滴丸对三组"热性"咳嗽患者的疗效均优于复方甘草片(P<0.05)。结论:治咳川贝枇杷滴丸具有良好的镇咳作用,对四季外感"热性"咳嗽均有较好的疗效。
Objective ： To explore the antitussive effect of Zhike Chuanbei Pipa Diwan on the exogenous ＂hot＂ coughing in four seasons.Method： The 196 cases of outpatients diagnosed as the exogenous ＂hot＂ coughing in four seasons from Oct,15,2011 to Oct 15,2012 were divided into three TCM Syndromes as follows,wind-heat invading lung（72 cases）,summer-heat invading lung（54 cases）,dryheat invading lung（70 cases）.The outpatients of each TCM Syndrome were randomly divided into two groups（treatment and control）.The conventional western medicines were administered on two groups patients with the common cold,but meanwhile,sublingual Compound Liquorice Tablets on control group（4 tablets,po tid） and sublingual Zhike Chuanbei Pipa Diwan on treatment group（6 pills,po tid）.After both groups were treated for a week,the effects of the two groups were compared.Result： The antitussive effect of Zhike Chuanbei Pipa Diwan on the exogenous ＂hot＂ coughing in four seasons was significantly superior to control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Zhike Chuanbei Pipa Diwan has a better antitussive effect ontheexogenous＂hot＂coughinginfourseasons.
