摘要
以丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA),甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),丙烯酸(AA)为主要原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,分别采用了种子乳液聚合法和"递变进料"乳液聚合法合成水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶。研究了软硬单体,功能单体,乳化剂,引发剂和聚合工艺对压敏胶性能的影响,并成功得制备了水性汽车阻尼板用压敏胶。
The acrylate pressure - sensitive adhesive was prepared using 2 - ethylhexyl acrylate ( 2 - EHA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and acrylic acid as main materials, ammonium persulfate as the initiator both by seeded emulsion polymerization and power feed emulsion polymerization. The influences of the reactive monomer, the functional monomer, emulsifier, initiator and the polymerization process were investigated and the emulsion PSA ( pressure - sensitive adhe- sive) used for automobile damping plate was synthesized.
