不同原材料制备的微晶纤维素聚合度的研究

摘要 微晶纤维素是天然纤维素经稀酸水解至极限聚合度的产物。本文通过考察不同聚合度的原材料制备的微晶纤维素的聚合度的大小及其制成的片剂的硬度,发现原材料的聚合度越大,微晶纤维素的聚合度也越大、松密度越小,制成的片剂的硬度也越小。这说明要想提高片剂硬度,除了改善工艺条件外,MCC的原材料的选择应该是首要的。 Microcrystalline cellulose was the product of natural cellulose hydrolysis with diluted acid. The degree of polymerization of different raw materials and MCC made of different raw materials were tested, as well as the tablet hard- ness of MCC made of different raw materials. The result showed that the degree of polymerization of MCC was increased firstly, and then the bulk density was decreased as well as the tablet hardness with the increase of degree of polymerization of different raw materials. Therefore, in addition to improving the preparation conditions, MCC's selection of raw materials should be the primary
