摘要
用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)观测了微米铜粉在150~300℃空气氧化过程中的形貌和结构变化,并用热重分析仪(TGA)测试了铜粉试样在150~300℃空气氧化增重结果。通过对氧化产物形貌的分析提出了微细铜粉中低温空气的氧化历程模型,在此基础上推导建立了微细铜粉空气氧化增重的理论表达式,用铜粉在150~300℃间的氧化增重实验结果回归拟合了理论公式的参数,拟合结果与实验结果能够很好吻合。
The morphology of fine copper powder, oxidized in 150 -300 ℃, was observed by FESEM. And thermal gravity analyser (TGA) was employed to detect the weight change during the oxidation. Based on the experiment results, a model for oxidation of fine copper powder was proposed and a new kinetics equation was deduced to simulate the model. It showed that the analog results were agreeable with the experiment data.
