摘要 针对低温甲醇洗系统中净煤气中总硫超标的问题,采用人、机、料、法、环的方法对低温甲醇洗系统进行分析,分析出13个未端因素,对这13个未端因素进行一一分析和确认,找出影响总硫超的3个主要原因,并对主要原因制定相应的措施,使净煤气中的总硫含量达到设计值以内,解决了净煤气中总硫超标的问题。 For the problem of excessive total sulfur content in purified gas in low temperature methanol washing system, the detail analysis of the low temperature methanol washing system by using the method of man, machine, and material was carried out. The 13 factors were found out and 3 major causes of total sulfur excess were obtained, and the corresponding measures against it were proposed. Some advices about how to ensure that the total sulfur content in the setting within were put forward. In this way, the problem of excessive total sulfur content was solved.
