Exploration on the Teaching Reformation of Drug Synthesis Experiment

阐述了在药物合成实验教学中的几点改革和尝试:设计和改造传统化学实验,引入绿色化学理念,培养学生的环保意识;首次将柱色谱和薄层色谱作为分离和检测方法,应用于学生实验;教师通过详实的实验记录跟踪、指导学生实验。

Several reform and attempt of Drug Synthesis Experiment teaching was elaborated, including introducing green chemistry idea to experiment and practice students in the consciousness of environmental protection. For the first time column chromatography and thin -layer chromatography was applied in experiments as separation and detection technique respectively. The teachers followed and conducted the experiment by detailed experimental record of student.
