基于工作过程的物业管理法规课程教学模式的设计

The Design of Teaching Mode for Property Management Regulation Curriculum based on Working Process

物业管理法规课程作为高职物业管理专业的主干课程之一,课程现有的教学方法在有些地方脱离了实际,学生毕业后无法胜任普通企业岗位,不能满足企业的实际生产的需求,必须进行教学改革。工作过程导向的职业教育教学改革代表着职业教育教学改革的发展方向。以工作过程为导向,介绍了在工作过程背景下物业管理法规课程教学模式的设计。

Property management regulation curriculum is one of the main courses in higher vocational property management major.Its present teaching method is divorced with reality,and students after graduation are not competent to the common enterprise post,which can not meet the requirement of enterprises＇ practical production,therefore,it has to make teaching reform.The vocational educational teaching reform oriented by working process represents the developing direction of vocational educational teaching reform.This paper introduces the design of teaching mode for property management regulation curriculum under the background of working process with the orientation of working process.
