高职院校“四级递进”实践教学模式的探索——以沈阳航空职业技术学院机电系为例

摘要 高职院校学生现状是,学习兴趣不浓,学习热情不高,效果欠佳。对此,沈阳航空职业技术学院在教学中进行了"四级递进"的教学实践与探索,总结了因材施教、调动学生学习热情、营造学生自主学习氛围等经验与做法。"四级递进"的实践教学模式,不但培养了优秀学生,也积累了培养优秀学生的经验;不但提炼了教学内容,而且破解了教学中的许多难题。教师在教学实践中提升了教学能力,收到了很好的教学效果。 The present condition of students in higher vocational colleges is less learning interest,lower learning enthusiasm and worse effect.Therefore,Shenyang Aeronautical Vocational College makes teaching practice and exploration on "four-level progressive" in the teaching.It summarizes the experience and practice of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,stimulating students' study enthusiasm and creating students' autonomous study atmosphere.The practical teaching mode of "four-level progressive" not only cultivates excellent students,but also accumulates the experience of cultivating excellent students.It refines the teaching content,and solves many difficulties in the teaching.Teachers promote their teaching ability in the teaching practice,which receives good teaching effect.
