摘要
"特色发展"就是使学生以各自的特点为基础获得自己独特的技能和本领。高职院校通过实施基于个性化教学的管理与组织,通过实施个性化教学策略与教学模式,能保证和促进学生的特色发展,为高职生职业生涯的良性发展创造有利条件。
Characteristic development is to make students obtain their own unique skills and ability based on their characteristics.Through implementing the management and organization of personalization teaching as well as personalization teaching strategies and teaching modes,it can guarantee and promote students＇ characteristic development,and provides the beneficial condition for the good development of higher vocational students＇ career development.
