企业与农户选择“关系治理”的影响因素——基于157家生猪屠宰加工企业的调查数据

Factors influencing the choice of modes harnessing relationships between processing enterprises and rural households:An empirical study of 157 pig slaughtering and processing enterprises

以湖南、广西、陕西、河南四省157家生猪屠宰加工企业为样本,从加工企业自身的特性、农户特性、农产品特性、市场特性等四个方面选取16个等级分类变量,对加工企业和农户选择关系治理模式的影响因素进行实证研究,结果表明:加工企业规模、企业对市场需求变化的预测、农户生产规模、农户知识水平、生产同类产品的农户数量、生产技术要求、市场稳定性、价格波动性等8个变量对加工企业与农户之间关系治理模式选择的影响显著,而加工企业产品的市场占有率、企业对原材料的质量要求、农户选择销售对象时的主要考虑因素、农产品质量对企业的重要性4个因素影响作用不显著。

Based on the sample of 157 pig slaughter and processing enterprises in HUNAN,GUANGXI,SHANGXI,HENAN,this paper studies the factors influencing the choice of models harnessing relationships between food processing enterprises and rural households in order to provide help to the choice of modes harnessing relationships between food processing enterprises and farmers.In this paper,twelve varieties have great influence on the choice of modes harnessing relationships,such as the scale of processing enterprises,the predicts of changes in market demand of enterprises,the production scale,the knowledge level of farmers,the number of farmers producing the same type of products,the demands of producing technology,market stability and price volatility.But the other four factors such as the market share of processing enterprises,the demands of quality of raw material from enterprises,the main factors choosing sales target and quality of products have less influence on the choice of models harnessing relationships between food processing enterprises and rural households.
