农村女性“自我效能感”的中介与调节效应——基于内外在目标-生活满意度视角

Mediator and moderator of self-efficacy of country women:From the perspective of expectation-life satisfaction

为了解自我效能感在农村女性内外在目标与生活满意度之间的中介与调节作用,采用一般自我效能感量表、欲望指数量表与生活满意度量表对湖南省8个县的378名农村女性进行调查,结果发现:农村女性的自我效能感、生活满意度与期望的内在目标和外在目标均呈显著正相关,自我效能感越高的农村女性其生活满意度也越高。在内在目标-生活满意度的关系中,自我效能感是中介变量,非调节变量;而在外在目标-生活满意度关系中,自我效能感既是中介变量也是调节变量。自我效能感是农村女性内在目标预测生活满意度的部分中介因素,是外在目标预测生活满意度的完全中介因素和调节因素。自我效能感越高,其外在目标对生活满意度影响越大。

This study was to examine whether self-efficacy to life satisfaction was a mediator or a moderator in the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic goals and life satisfaction among Hunan country women.378 country women from 8 countries in Hunan province completed the Satisfaction-with-life Scale,the Aspiration Index and the General Self-efficacy Scale.According to the results,self-efficacy to life satisfaction was a mediator rather than a moderator on the relationship between life satisfaction and intrinsic goals,but it was a mediator and also a moderator on the relationship between life satisfaction and extrinsic goals.This study showed that self-efficacy to life satisfaction had partly mediation effect on the relationship between intrinsic goals and life satisfaction and had total mediation and moderation effect on the relationship between extrinsic goals and life satisfaction.
