摘要 所谓生态学视域下的商务英语师资队伍建设,就是要在保证科学合理的师资年龄结构、学历结构、学缘结构和职称结构之外,还要形成合理的教师流动机制,这样才能保证商务英语专业的科学进化和可持续性发展。 The construction of team of English teachers business called from the perspective of ecology,is to ensure the scientific and reasonable teacher age structure,educational structure,educational structure and the title structure,but also the formation ofteachers' rational flowingmechanism,soas toensure the scientific evolution and sustainable development ofbusiness English major.
