摘要
采用三相SPWM芯片SA4828和单片机组成控制电路,主电路的功率器件采用智能功率模块IPM。采用双极性等面积调制算法,对步进电动机定子绕组电流进行正弦细分,实现了步进电动机的等步距、恒转矩、高精度细分。电结构简单,调整方便,运行平稳,抗干扰能力强,有较强的应用价值。
The control circuit was built up by three-phase the SPWM chip SA4828 and single chip,and the intelligent power module IPM was used for the main circuit power device.Bipolar equal area modulation algorithm was used for the sine subdivision of stepper motor stator winding.Equal step,constant torque,high-precision subdivision of the stepper motor were achieved.The application prospect will be good for its simple structure,easy adjustment,smooth operation and anti-interference ability.
