摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱层析法、反相硅胶柱色谱法进行分离,用质谱法、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱法鉴定其化合物结构,从蒙药述达格-4(高良姜、紫硇砂、木香、石菖蒲)中分离得到7个单体化合物,分别为:为β-谷甾醇(1)、高良姜素(2)、山奈素-4′甲醚(3)、二氢高良姜醇(4)、苯甲酸(5)、香草酸(6)、二十烷(7),二十烷为首次从该复方药材中分离得到.鉴定的7个化合物均为首次从述达格-4有效部位中分离得到,为阐释蒙药述达格-4药效物质奠定了基础.
To study the chemical components of the Mongolian medicine shudage-4,the compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel,sephadex LH-20 columns and identified by analysis of their MS and NMR spectra.Seven compounds were isolated from the Mongolian medicine shudage-4 and identified as β-Sitosterol(1),Galangin(2),aempferide-4ˊ-methylether(3),Dihydrogalangol(4),Benzoic Acid(5),vanillic acid(6) and eicosane(7).Eicosane was isolated from shudage-4 for the first time and the seven compounds identified were isolated from the effective parts of shudage-4 for the first time.The foundation for explaining the effectiveness of shudage-4 is established.
