摘要
为解决FOCKE硬盒包装机中胶缸提升平台受力不平衡问题,对胶缸提升装置进行了改进。利用反平行四边形机构驱动对称肘杆实现胶缸的提升与下降,在工作位置通过反肘杆接近共线位置时机构自锁,防止胶缸移动。应用效果表明,改进后的胶缸提升装置全部由手动操作完成,保证了胶缸提升平台的稳定性;在拆装胶缸时,只需轻拉并转动手柄即可完成操作,减少了维护保养时间;提升平台的最大输入力减小了15%,有效降低了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了设备有效作业率。
To eliminate the unbalanced force exerted on the elevating platform of adhesive pot in FOCKE hard packer,the elevating device of adhesive pot was modified.Contra-parallelogram mechanism was used to drive dual elbow-lever and move the adhesive pot up and down at its working position,the mechanism was self-locked and the movement of adhesive pot was prevented when the counter lever approached collineation position.The results of application showed that the improved elevating device of the adhesive pot was completely manually operated,which ensured the stability of adhesive pot elevating platform.The only operation needed was gently pulling and turning the hand lever to install/remove adhesive pot,it reduced maintenance time.The maximum input force for elevating the platform decreased by 15%,the labor intensity of operator was also effectively reduced,while the machine efficiency was increased.
