应用裂解-同步辐射光电离质谱法研究烟草样品的热裂解

Application of Pyrolysis/Synchrotron Radiation Photoionization Mass Spectrometry in Investigating Thermal Pyrolysis of Tobacco Samples

摘要 为了在线和实时检测烟草样品的热裂解产物,采用裂解-同步辐射光电离质谱技术在不同的光子能量下研究了两种不同类型卷烟烟丝样品的热分解,探讨了温度对产物的影响,并重点考察、对比了两种卷烟样品的甲烷、水、氢氰酸、甲醇、丙酮和烟碱6种裂解产物释放量随温度的变化。结果表明:①在不同的光子能量下,可以利用同步辐射光电离质谱对不同电离能的烟草裂解产物进行实时分析;②在不同温度下,裂解产物的形成大体上表现出3种类型的变化规律,甲烷、氢氰酸、水和丙酮的释放量随温度升高而升高;甲醇先升高后下降;烟碱则随温度升高而逐步下降;③烟叶原料的组成对裂解产物的释放也有明显影响。 In order to on-line and real-timely detect the pyrolytic products of tobacco,the thermal decomposition of cut tobacco samples of two different cigarette types were investigated by employing synchrotron photoionization mass spectrometry under different photon energy.The effects of temperature on the products were investigated.The yields of six products,including methane,water,hydrogen cyanide,methanol,acetone and nicotine,of the samples at different temperatures were analyzed and compared emphatically.The results showed that: 1)The tobacco pyrolysis products of different ionization energy could be analyzed real-timely by synchrotron photoionization mass spectrometry under different photon enery.2)The formation of pyrolysis products generally presented the following rules: the yields of methane,hydrogen cyanide,water and acetone increased along with temperature elevation,methanol yield increased initially and then decreased,while nicotine yield gradually decreased.3)The compositions of tobacco blend obviously affected the yields of pyrolysis products as well.
