摘要
基于创新价值链视角,本文将创新过程分为知识创新、科研创新和产品创新3个阶段,并利用三阶段DEA模型考察了各阶段的创新效率。由于各阶段创新效率表现出较为明显的空间相关性,本文采用多种空间面板模型和设置多重空间权重矩阵的方法,分析了创新的空间外溢效应和价值链外溢效应。研究显示,产品创新效率与知识创新效率之间产生了明显的价值链外溢效应,产品创新效率和科研创新效率之间也产生了明显的价值链外溢效应,而科研创新效率与知识创新效率之间没有形成较为明显的价值链外溢效应。就创新效率的空间外溢效应而言,创新价值链视角下的各阶段创新效率都表现为较为明显的空间外溢效应。
Base on the perspective of the innovation value chain, we have, in this paper, divided the innovative process into three stages: the knowledge innovation, the research innovation and product innovation, and used the three-stage DEA model to survey the innovation efficiency at various stages. Because the innovation efficiency at various stages shows obvious space relativity, we have, in this article, adopted many kinds of space pannel model and constructed multiple space weight matrix to analyze the innovative space outflowing effect and the value-chain outflowing effect.(VCOE).The results of our study indicate that the obvious VCOE has appeared between the product-innovation efficiency and the knowledge innovation, but the obvious VCOE has not been formed between the efficiency of the innovation of scien tific research and the efficiency of the knowledge innovation. In terms of the space outflowing efficiency of the innova tion efficiency, all the innovative efficiency at various stages, from the perspective of the innovative value chain, has shown more obvious space outflowing effects.
