摘要
技术外溢具有梯度分布特征,总是从技术效率高的地区指向技术效率低的地区,按照技术效率差距最小的方式进行转移。基于此,产业转移也具有梯度分布的特征。研究县域尺度上承接产业转移梯度分布,对于地区经济发展具有重要意义。采用随机有效前沿模型,通过分解全要素生产率增长率,可将吉林省县级区域按照产业承接地的梯度分布划分为五类地区。根据不同类别地区的不同技术效率特征,应采取不同的产业转移策略。
Technology SpiUovers is with the characteristics of gradient distribution. Technology always transfers from areas with high technological efficiency to areas with low technological efficiency according to the smallest gap of technological efficiency. Thus, industrial transfer has the characteristics of gradient distribution too. To study undertaking industrial gradient transfer distribution plays an important role in regional economic develop- ment. Based on effective frontier model, the country-scale regions in Jilin Province can be divided into 5 regions in accordance with gradient transfer of undertaking place by the decomposition of total factor productivity and growth rate. Different industrial transfer strategies should be applied according to different characteristics of effi- ciency in different regions.
