研究生读研动机与毕业意愿的关联分析

Relation Analysis between the Graduate Students' Enrollment Motivation and Their Employment Expectation

目的:调查研究生读研动机和毕业意愿并进行相关分析。方法:应用自制问卷,调查某医科院校研究生的读研动机、毕业意愿等。结果:研究生读研动机主要是提高学术水平(37.3%)、为以后好找工作(18.5%)、喜欢从事研究工作(18.1%)、因工作岗位需要(15.3%)等;毕业意愿主要是从事临床工作(46.5%)、研究工作(22.6%)、教学工作(10.1%)等,差别均有统计学意义(χ2=1237.687,407.543,P=0.000),不同群体研究生的差别不大。读研动机和毕业意愿有一定相关性(χ2=107.195,P=0.000)。结论:研究生读研动机以就业导向为主;毕业意愿的科研倾向不明显;读研动机对毕业意愿有较好的预测作用。

Objective To survey and analyze the enrollment motivation and the employment expectation of the graduate students. Methods： Using self-made questionnaires, the enrollment motivation and the employment expectation of the graduate students in a medical university were surveyed. Results The motivations were mainly advancing academic standards, getting jobs easily and the post requirements. The expectations were mainly engaged in clinic, research, and teaching area. There were no differences among different groups but relations between the motivations and the expectations. Conclusion In the primary, the moti- vation of the graduate students was for good jobs and the expectation was lack of research. The enrollment motivations of the grad- uate students can better forecast their employment expectations.
