A three-dimensional weighted centroid location algorithm based on RSSI

摘要 定位技术是无线传感器网络的重要支撑技术。基于RSSI的定位技术以其不需额外的硬件、成本低廉而成为无线传感器网络的首选之一。本文在分析一些常用的算法基础上,提出了一种适用于RSSI技术的三维加权质心定位算法,在室外用ZigBee硬件平台进行实验,结果表明定位误差在4m以内,相对定位误差在20%以内的概率到达70%。 Location is an important support for Wireless Sensor Network ( WSN ). Location based on RSSI ( Received Signal Strength Indication) with no extra hardware and low-cost has been a preferred one solution for WSN. By analyzing some common algo- rithms, the paper presented a novel three-dimensional weighted eentroid localization algorithm based on RSSI. An outdoor test with the algorithm in a ZigBee hardware platform was performed. The experiment results showed that the positioning error was less than 4m and 70% probability of relative error was less than 20%.
