摘要
对铝合金缸盖的针孔和气密漏缺陷进行了分析。铝液吸氢是产生针孔的主要原因,可以通过对铝液进行精炼除气,并合理选择浇注参数和严格控制浇注过程来抑制针孔缺陷;发动机缸盖气密漏是由水套砂芯发气量过大造成的,提出了降低砂芯自身发气量和加强浇注模具排气能力的控制措施。
The pinhole and air leak of aluminum alloy cylinder head were analyzed. The main reason for pinholes was the molten aluminum absorbing hydrogen, which can be controlled by degassing and choosing casting parameters reasonability. The air leak resulted from the more gas evolution of water jacket sand core, and it can be controlled by reducing the gas volatilization of water jacket sand core and increasing the exhaust ability of casting mould.
