摘要
针对薄壁铝铸件的结构,分析了低压铸造金属型排气工艺的缺陷,重新设计了铸型排气系统,并改进了低压充型工艺。生产实践表明,采用新工艺可降低铸件废品率,提高产品质量和生产效率。
Based on the structure of thin-walled aluminum casting, the defects of venting process for die with low pressure casting was analyzed. The venting system of the die was redesigned, and the low pressure filling process was improved. The production practice shows that the rejection rate of castings is reduced, and the product quality and productivity is increased with a new technology.
