摘要
针对气缸体铸件,分析了铸件气孔的影响因素,从浇注过程稳定性、铸型排气孔分布及合理的型内铁水温度场等三方面控制铸件气孔的产生,取得了明显的效果。
According to the cylinder block castings, the influencing factors of blowhole were analyzed. The formation of blowhole in castings is controlled from pouting process, the distribution of air vent and the temperature field of molten iron in casting mould. Thus the obvious results are achieved.
