摘要
分析了出口制动鼓产生缩松、渣眼和气孔的原因,设计了旋转式浇注系统,并改进了切线浇注工艺,制动鼓的铸件缺陷明显减少,显著提高了成品率和工艺出品率,达到了理想的效果。
The reasons for dispersed shrinkage, slag inclusion and blowhole of the brake drum castings were analyzed. A rotating gating system was designed, and the tangent pouring process was improved. Thus the casting defects of brake drum are reduced significantly. Both the production yield and the technological yield are improved greatly to achieve the desired result.
