红草止鼾胶囊质量标准研究

The Research of Hongcao Snore Capsule's Quality Standard

目的建立红草止鼾胶囊的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对处方中红景天、甘草、土木香分别进行了定性鉴别,采用RP-HPLC法分别测定了本品中牛蒡子苷及盐酸麻黄碱的含量。结果 TLC法可检出红景天、甘草、土木香;牛蒡子苷在0.336～2.016μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.67%,RSD为1.49%;盐酸麻黄碱在0.129～0.860范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.95%,RSD为0.90%。结论该研究所建立的方法简便、可靠、重现性良好,可用于红草止鼾胶囊的质量控制。

Objective to set up the quality standard of Hongcao Snore Capsule. Method used the TLC method to qualitative identified the Hang Jingtian, Ganean, Tu Muxiang in the decoction, and used the RP - HPLC method to deter- mined the content of arctiin and ephedrine hydrochloride. Result the TLC method can identify the Hong Jingtian, Ganeao, Tu Muxiang; arctiin had a good linear relationship between 0. 129 ~ 01860, the average recovery rate was 97.95%, RSD was O. 90 %. Conclusion the research set up a convenient, reliable and good reproducibility way to control the quality of Hongeao snore capsule.
