摘要 采用电火花直读光谱法,研究了窄条试样拼接分析、圆棒试样直径变化、试样端面倾斜等对分析结果的影响。宽度为3 mm、4 mm、6 mm、8 mm、10 mm的窄条不锈钢试样拼接分析对C、Si、Mn、P、S、Cr、Ni、Mo、Cu、V等元素的影响可以接受,2 mm的试样拼接分析对Cr、Mo结果有明显的影响;直径为Φ12 mm、Φ8 mm、Φ6 mm、Φ4 mm、Φ3 mm的合金钢圆棒试样,随着直径的变小,C、Mn、P、S、Cr、Ni、Cu的结果变大,Si的结果基本不变,Mo、V的结果变小;圆棒试样端面倾斜对结果的影响复杂,没有明显的规律。还对样品形状变化对结果影响的原因进行了探讨,提出了曲线插入法校正或改善的方法,对日常实际样品的分析具有指导作用。 The effect of the width of narrow strip specimens, diameter and slant-endedness of round-bar specimens on the results with direct-reading spark spectrometry was investigated. Strip specimen, whose width was 3 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm respectively, was spliced and analyzed; The results of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu, V were acceptable, then the results of Cr, Mo obviously changed to the 2 mm specimen. Round-bar specimens, which their diameters were qb25 mm, qbl2 mm, qb8 mm, qb6 mm, O4 mm and qb3 mm, were analyzed; their results indicated that with the specimen diameter becoming smaller, the element result of C, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Cu became bigger, Si went near to stability, and Mo, V became smaller. Round-bar specimens, that their ends were slanted about 5~, were analyzed; the change of their results was of little rule. The reasons of the effect of shape of specimens on the results were discussed. A curve interpolation method or reasonable suggestions were proposed, which were useful for the practical analyses.
