摘要
目的构建护理大专生职业能力评价指标体系。方法采用专家咨询法、专家会议法,对初拟指标体系的结构层次、指标内涵和指标权重进行咨询,并对结果进行统计学处理。结果经过两轮专家咨询,构建了护理大专生职业能力评价指标:一级指标3项,二级指标13项,三级指标48项;咨询专家群体权威程度系数Cr为0.853;第1轮和第2轮专家咨询积极性系数分别为100%和88.9%。结论我国护理大专生职业能力评价指标体系经过两轮专家咨询后初步形成,咨询的专家权威程度较高。
Objective To develop professional competence indicators for associate nursing students. Methods The structure ,connotation and weights of the professional competence indicators were identified by Delphi technique. Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the professional competence indicators were developed,which consisted of 3 first-level dimensions,13 second-level indicators and 48 third-level items. The experts' authority coefficient(Cr) was 0.853; the experts' positivity coefficient in the first and second round was 100% and 88.9% ,respectively. Conclusion The professional competence indicators for associate nursing students are developed through two rounds of expert consultation with high authority.
