摘要
目的开展强化护理本科生核心胜任力的儿科护理学教学实践,培养高素质应用型护理人才。方法将2009级护理本科生分为两组,1~8班共220名学生为试验组,实施整合教学内容、案例导入情景课堂教学的教学实践;9~16班216名学生为对照组,采取传统讲授法为主的教学方法。结果试验组学生认可此种教学实践,核心胜任力各指标得分、儿科护理学总成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理学中实施案例导入情景教学能有效提高教学效果,提高学生核心胜任力。
Objective To strengthen the core competency of nursing undergraduates and train high-quality nurses. Methods Students in Grade 2009 were randomly divided into two groups. A total of 220 students in Class 1 to 8 were in experimental group,and integrate teaching contents and case-leading scenario teachings were used. A total of 216 students in Class 9 to 16 were in the control group,and the traditional teaching method was conducted. Results The students in the experimental group approved the teaching reform. The scores of core competency,theory and clinical skills of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Case-leading scenario teaching in pediatric nursing can improve students' core competency and teaching effects.
