本文介绍了1例颅脑损伤合并乙型血友病患儿的围手术期护理。术前护理侧重于全面评估、心理护理、头皮血肿护理、预防出血和纠正凝血机制异常。术后护理措施包括病情观察、发热护理、预防感染、饮食护理和出院宣教。患儿术后未见颅内出血,住院20 d后痊愈出院。

This paper introduced the perioperative nursing of a child with hemophilia B and brain injury. The key points in preoperative care were general assessment,psychological nursing,scalp hematoma nursing,prevention of bleeding and treatment of coagulation disorders. The postoperative care focused on illness observation ,fever care ,prevention of infections ,diet guidance and discharge education. The child was cured after 20 days of treatment without intracranial bleeding.
