健康教育路径在骨科优质护理示范病房中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨健康教育路径在骨科优质护理服务示范病房中的应用与效果。方法以201 1年1~6月入院的100例患者为对照组,7~12月入院的106例为试验组。对照组实施常规健康教育;试验组按健康教育路径实施,即入院24h、手术前、术后1~2d、术后3~10d、出院时,共5个时段进行健康教育。结果试验组患者健康教育知晓率(95.3%)优于对照组(86.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对护理质量的满意度,试验组为96.2%,对照组为88.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径的实施可保证健康教育的持续性、有效性,深化优质护理服务内涵,提高患者满意度。 Objective To evaluate the effect of health education pathway in quality care demonstration wards of orthopedics. Methods One hundred patients admitted to hospital during January to June in 2011 were recruited as the control group,106 cases admitted from July to December in 2011 were recruited as the experimental group. Routine heahh education was implemented in the control group. Health education pathway was implemented in the experimental group,performed in five periods:24 hours after admission,pre-operative and postoperative 1N2d,postoperative 3~10d and discharge guidance. Results the patients' awareness of health education in the experimental group was 95.3% which was better than 86.0% in the control group(P〈0.05 ); patients satisfaction was 96.2% in the experimental group,which was higher than. 88.0% in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Implementation of health education pathway can ensure the health education continued and effective, deepen the meaning of quality care ,and improve patients satisfaction.
