茵栀黄方剂泡洗防治新生儿黄疸的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yin Zhi Huang Prescription in Prevention and Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

目的观察茵栀黄方剂泡洗对新生儿黄疸的防治作用。方法将220例新生儿随机分为2组,治疗组给予中药茵栀黄方剂泡洗,对照组给予清水泡洗,观察临床疗效。结果 2组新生儿首次排胎便时间、胎便转黄时间、出生72～144 h的经皮胆红素值,14 d内肉眼黄疸消退的消退率及转蓝光治疗率等差异有统计学意义,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论茵栀黄方剂泡洗可缩短新生儿黄疸的治疗时间,降低血胆红素水平,对新生儿黄疸的防治具有确切疗效。

Objective To observe Yin Zhi Huang prescription in the prevention and treatment in neonatal jaundice. Methods A total of 220 newborns were randomly divided into 2 groups. Newborns of the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine Yin Zhi Huang prescription, and newborns in the control group were given water wash. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The difference was statistically significant in meconium discharge time for the first time, the time of meconium turn yellow, subsided rate jaundice by naked eye in 14 d and application rate of blue-ray treatment in 2 groups. And the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The Yin Zhi Huang prescription foam wash can shorten neonatal jaundice treatment time, lower blood levels of bilirubin, and has exact effect on prevention and treatment of neonatal jaundice.
