普惠制是国际贸易中发达国家给予发展中国家的一种关税优惠制度。普惠制实施以来 ,各发展中国家纷纷加以利用 ,取得了很大成效。随着我国市场活动的发展 ,充分认识和利用普惠制扩大对外贸易 ,振兴民族经济已成当务之急。本文对有关普惠制的由来、特点及内容和知识作了全面介绍 ,对如何加以利用谈了几点粗浅看法。
