从新加坡的健康管理得到的启示

Inspiration from Singapore's Health Management

新加坡的医疗模式,成就了全民健康管理的建立。从医疗机构的名称与责任,到不同年龄、特点的健康管理专职机构的设置,体现出了"疾病的治疗防控在医院,健康风险的干预在社区,疾病的预防在自己"的国家整体化的慢病防控机制。我国以心脑血管的疾病、恶性肿瘤、代谢性疾病以及慢性阻塞性疾病为代表的非传染性疾病迅速蔓延,由此发生的医疗费用不断攀升,给国民经济带来的压力突显,患病人群及其家庭的生活质量急剧下降,影响着社会的稳定和经济的发展。因此借鉴他山之石,补亡羊之劳是可取的。

Singapore medical model has achieved the establishment of universal health management. The name and responsibility of medical institutions, and the setup of health management agencies for different ages and characteristics, embody the national unified prevention and control system of chronic diseases, in accordance with the conception of ＂treatment and control of diseases in hospitals, intervention to health risks in communities, and prevention to illness in person＂. In China,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumour, metabolic diseases, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, as representatives of non-communicable disease, spread rapidly, which lead to the continuously rising in medical cost, bring extreme stress on the national economy, and sharply reduce the life quality of patient populations and their families, so as to affect the social stability and the economic development. Therefore, it should be desirable to draw on other experiences, which is never too late to learn and to turn.
