新疆阿合奇县人民医院青年医师沙龙平台建设初探

The Primary Exploration of Salon Platform Construction for Young Doctors in Akqi County People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang

阿合奇县位于新疆西部的天山南脉腹地，克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州北部，地理位置偏僻，属于国家级贫困县。近几年，阿合奇县人民医院加大人才引进力度，特意从内地招聘了近50名大学生。由于参加工作以后，专业、思想不稳定，工作压力不重，闲暇时间较多，而又无所事事，久而久之，工作积极性、进取心不高，甚至逐渐退变。自去年第五批无锡援疆医疗队来了之后，在队长陈道桢院长的精心策划和帮助支持下，专门为我院大学生建立了一个适宜自身和医院长期发展的平台，创立了阿合奇县人民医院青年医师沙龙，上述表现才有所改善，并取得了明显成效。因此，本文结合我院青年医师沙龙平台建设的实际情况，提出加强和创新医师沙龙平台建设的方法与体会。

Akqi County is located in the hinterland of South veins of Tianshan, in the western region of Xinjiang and the northern region of Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, and is geographically remote location, as a state poverty county. In recent years, Akqi County People＇s Hospital strengthened the introduction of the talents, and specially recruited nearly 50 students from the Mainland. After beginning to work, some showed professional and ideological instability due to working stress not intensive, leisure time more and nothing to do, and with the time going along, their working enthusiasm and drive were not high and even gradually degenerated. The fifth batch of Wuxi Yuanjiang medical team came here last year, under the meticulous planning and support from the Captain, Chendao Zhen Dean, they especially established a platform suitable for our college students＇ self-development and the long-term hospital development, and founded young doctors＇ salon of Akqi County People＇s Hospital. Since then, the hospital began to improve some problems above and achieved remarkable results. Therefore, this article combines with the actual situation of young doctors＇ salon in the hospital, and proposes some methods and experiences, to strengthen and innovate the platform construction of doctors＇ salon.
