阿维A联合UVB治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

Observation of the Efficacy of Acitretin Combined with Narrowband UVB on Psoriasis Plaque

目的观察阿维A联合NB-UVB照射治疗银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法治疗组45例患者采用阿维A配合NB-UVB每周照射3次,共治疗8周。对照组单用NB-UVB照射,每周照射3次,治疗8周。以银屑病皮损面积和严重度指数(PASI)评价疗效,并记录不良反应。结果阿维A联合NB-UVB光疗法的疗效显著优于单用NB-UVB光疗,并可使窄谱中波紫外线的总暴露量明显减少。结论阿维A联合NB-UVB光疗法是一种值得推广的治疗银屑病的方法。

Objective Observing therapeutic effecacy and safety property of oral acitretin ffecacy with NB-UVB phototherapy for psoriasis. Methods The cure term：Oral acitretin combined with NB-UVB phototherapy on three times a week to treat 45 cases patients of psoriasis, for 8 weeks. The contrast team： monotherapy with NB-UVB, three times a week to treat 45 cases patients of psoriasis. Results The present study showed that oral acitretin combined with NB-UVB was more effective than monotherapy with NB-UVB Compared with UVB alone, the combination therapy can shorten the treatment frepuency and reduced total UVB exposure dose. Conclusion The combination therapy is a recommendable methed for treating psoriasis.
