企业补充医疗保险对职工普通门诊费用影响调查

Comparison of enterprise supplementary medical insurance for workers in general out-patient expenses

目的研究企业补充医疗保险对职工普通门诊就医需求和费用的影响,为管理部门制定相关政策的提供依据。方法选取某铁路局有企业补充医疗保险的某站段与无企业补充医疗保险的某工程局为研究对象,从医保系统数据库抽取某铁路局2009年企业补充医疗保险政策修改前后各3年普通门诊的数据,使用SPSS19.0统计软件对数据进行处理和分析。结果两单位在该局企业补充医疗保险政策修改前普通门诊人均费用差距不大,差异无统计学意义.修改后人均费用某铁路局工务段明显高于某工程局,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。按年龄组比较,20～29岁年龄组两个单位费用差异无统计学意义,>30岁年龄组比较,某铁路局工务段费用明显高于某工程局,其差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论该局修改后的企业补充医疗保险政策刺激职工普通门诊费用消费作用明显,且对>30岁人群影响较大。

Objective Study on the enterprise supplementary medical insurance for workers in general outpatient service demand and cost, provide a basis for formulating relevant policies for management. Methods a railway bureau has a station enterprise supplementary medical insurance and no enterprise supplementary medical insurance for an Engineering Bureau as the research object, complement the data in each of the 3 years of general outpatient changes before and after medical insurance policy from the Medicare database from a Railway Bureau in 2009 enterprises, to process and analyze the data using statistical software SPSS19.0. Results The two units in the enterprise supplementary medical insurance policy before the revision of general outpatient costs are basically the same, the difference was not statistically significant. The average cost of a railway bureau revised the was significantly higher than that of an Engineering Bureau, the difference was statistically significant （p0.01）. By age group, no statistical significance of two units of the 20～29 age group cost differences, 30 years old age group is a railway bureau, the cost is obviously higher than that of a certain Engineering Bureau, the difference was statistically significant （p0.05）. Conclusion the Bureau revised supplementary medical insurance policy to stimulate staff general out-patient expenses consumption obviously, and a greater impact on the population over the age of 30.
