在时代教育的背景下，高校成为了培养人才的主要基地，因此实施创新教育势在必行。但是现今，我国高校的教育体制仍然不完善，高等教育对人的全面发展目标不够明确，教育创新与改革停滞不前。建立完善的高校教育创新体系是中国高校教育改革和发展的核心，也是决定中国高校教育改革和发展成败的关键，因此必须理解高校创新教育的实施意义，认识到高校实施创新教育并不是一帆风顺的，在教育改革创新的过程中会遇到一系列的困境，这就要求高校在教育改革中要坚定信心面对困境，找出相关的应对措施。

Under the background of Time Education, colleges become the major base of training talents, so implementing in- novative education is imperative. But nowadays, the educational system in China is still imperfect and colleges＇ educational objectives for human＇s comprehensive development are not rather clear, which leads to the lag of educational innovation and reform. Establishing a perfect higher education＇s innovative system is the core and key of educational reform and develop- ment. Therefore, we must understand college innovative education s＇ implementing significances and realize that the imple- mentation of innovative education is not completely smooth. During the process, some difficulties are sure to appear, which requires colleges have firm confidences to face the difficulties so as to t＇md the solutions.
